Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the Telemetry unit.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and report any abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and discharge instructions.
• May be required to precept nursing students and float into other units as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license to practice in Arizona.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Med Surg, with preference for telemetry experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam with an 80% or higher.
• Able to work every other weekend and holiday rotations as needed.
• Ability to float to related units including Multi Care Unit and Pediatric unit.
