About the Role Marlborough Endodontics

Seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Endodontist to join our established specialty practice in Marlborough, MA. This is a high-volume opportunity designed for an endodontist who wants to focus on treatment rather than building referrals or handling administrative tasks. Providers benefit from a structured referral system that minimizes the need for consultation appointments, allowing for an efficient treatment-focused schedule. The practice participates with all major insurance plans and offers a consistent flow of referred patients. Our goal is for providers to treat approximately 6-8 cases per day, with a target production of $8,000+ per day in a well-supported clinical environment.

Compensation

• 1099 Independent Contractor position
• 47% of the first $6,500 of daily production
• 52% of all production above $6,500
• $20,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Strong earning potential with established patient demand and referral volume

Schedule & Location

• Location: Marlborough Endodontics – Marlborough, MA
• Schedule: Flexible (3-5 days per week)
• Full-Time strongly preferred; Part-Time considered
• Flexible scheduling consistent with a 1099 model

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat diseases of the pulp and periapical tissues
• Perform routine and complex root canal therapy, including retreatment cases
• Manage a productive endodontic schedule with a focus on treatment efficiency
• Collaborate with referring dentists while maintaining strong clinical relationships
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and high standards of patient care

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school
• Completion of a CODA-accredited Endodontics residency program
• Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Endodontics
• Active Massachusetts dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• DEA registration and current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills across routine and complex endodontic cases
• Ability to efficiently manage a high-volume specialty schedule
• Excellent communication skills with referring dentists and clinical teams
