Rent Billing & AR Specialist - Affordable Housing
Community Reinvestment Initiatives, Inc.
Portland Community Reinvestment Initiatives, Inc. (PCRI) is seeking a Rent Billables Coordinator to manage resident rent calculations, billing processes, and accounts receivable for affordable housing communities. The role ensures HUD/LIHTC compliance, maintains tenant records, processes subsidies and collections, and supports audits. As part of the PM Team, you will work with Property Managers and Housing Authorities, generate invoices, process payments via Yardi, and help improve AR controls #J-18808-Ljbffr Community Reinvestment Initiatives, Inc.
