We're looking for a motivated MIG Welder/Fabricator with hands-on experience in metal fabrication, tank construction, and structural welding. What You'll Do As a MIG Welder/Fabricator, you'll be responsible for fabricating, fitting, and welding a wide range of custom metal products. You'll work with carbon steel, stainless steel, tanks, piping systems, ladders, stairs, and other fabricated components while ensuring safety, precision, and quality on every project. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality MIG and Flux-Core welds that meet company and customer standards Fabricate, fit, assemble, and weld metal components using blueprints and shop drawings Read and interpret fabrication drawings, specifications, and measurements accurately Measure, layout, and verify dimensions using tape measures, levels, squares, and other tools Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and other metals in various positions Document measurements, sizing, and fabrication details as required Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and structural integrity Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and customer deadlines Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and develop creative solutions to meet project specifications Qualifications Required Experience Minimum 1 year of MIG and Flux-Core welding experience Experience with metal fabrication and welding processes Ability to read and interpret shop fabrication drawings and blueprints Strong measuring and layout skills Experience working with carbon steel and stainless steel Ability to perform quality welds consistently in a production environment Preferred Experience Tank fabrication and welding experience Experience with: .035 Hard Wire Root Flux-Core Welding Hard Wire Root, Fill, and Cap Welds .045 Dual Shield Welding Pipe welding experience Structural fabrication experience Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship Working knowledge of fabrication tools and equipment Basic mathematics and measurement skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Why You'll Love This Opportunity Variety of Work Forget repetitive production welding. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
