Behavior Technician

Know Boundaries, an ABA provider in San Francisco, seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver in-home and community-based services to autistic children and their families. In this client-centered, family-focused role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, teach communication, social, and daily living skills, and use evidence-based ABA strategies to promote independence. Responsibilities include running structured teaching programs, collecting accurate behavior and skill data, collaborating with BCBAs and families, and maintaining client safety and confidentiality. You’ll receive training, ongoing supervision, and support within a compassionate, learning-focused clinical team while making a meaningful impact in children’s daily lives across home and community settings.
