About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Revenue to lead commercial strategy, revenue growth, and sales operations across pharmacy fulfillment and related healthcare services. The role will prioritize building a scalable B2B sales organization, establishing disciplined sales processes, and expanding partnerships with healthcare providers, digital health businesses, and other customers. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing sales talent, managing pipelines and forecasts, setting performance measures, identifying new markets and services, and strengthening customer acquisition and account growth. The executive will collaborate across business functions to align commercial plans with operational capacity and contribute to budgeting, revenue planning, and business performance. Candidates should have significant senior commercial leadership experience and a record of building or scaling B2B sales teams in pharmacy, pharmaceutical services, healthcare services, or a related field. They should demonstrate success achieving revenue targets, launching commercial initiatives, developing strategic customer relationships, and implementing CRM, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance measurement processes. Strong team leadership, coaching, negotiation, communication, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution skills are required, along with adaptability and cross-functional collaboration. Experience with pharmacy fulfillment, compounding, healthcare partnerships, or P&L management is beneficial.
