Job Summary We are seeking experienced Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) for live-in / 24-hour shifts to provide one-on-one care in a client's home. This role is essential in helping our clients live safely, independently, and with dignity in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, skin care Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and repositioning Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying up, changing linens) Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Offer medication reminders and monitor vital signs.
