Job Summary Provide leadership and guidance to cross‑functional business and IT teams delivering small to medium‑sized projects. Support larger, more complex initiatives under the direction of a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager. Lead project planning, execution, communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement while mentoring junior project management team members to strengthen organizational project management capabilities. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Define, document, and obtain stakeholder approval for project scope, requirements, deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and implementation roadmaps aligned with PMBOK principles and organizational standards. Coordinate requirements gathering activities and translate business needs into actionable project deliverables. Manage project execution, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and change control processes. Monitor project performance and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues. Serve as the primary escalation point for project‑related risks, issues, and conflicts. Facilitate communication among business stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and sponsors through regular status reporting and governance activities. Coordinate vendor evaluations, procurement activities, and RFI/RFP processes in partnership with internal procurement teams. Lead and mentor project team members, providing guidance, coaching, training, and support to enhance project management capabilities. Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Review invoice accuracy and process payments through Coupa. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency. Promote knowledge sharing and adoption of best practices across teams and global locations. Ensure compliance with company policies, security requirements, and Health, Safety, and Quality standards. Maintain confidentiality of business, customer, and proprietary information. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience managing technology implementations and business transformation initiatives. Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Minimum of 3–5 years of project management or related experience. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
