We're a fast-growing insurance agency in Phoenixville, PA, looking for a warm, organized, and bilingual professional to be the face of our team. If you love helping people and aren't afraid to learn something new this role is built for you.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and via email/CRM
Resolve policy questions and service requests with care
Process payments and assist with claims
Prepare and send insurance quotes
Support licensed agents with administrative tasks
Help close sales as part of the agent team
Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records
Keep the office running smoothly day to day

Requirements

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

Fluent in English + Spanish or Portuguese
Friendly, professional communication style
Strong attention to detail and organization
Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced office
Able to work on-site in Phoenixville, PA

Nice to have:

Experience in customer service or insurance
Familiarity with CRM tools
Sales experience or comfort with client conversations
