Aleeza’s is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our opening team and daily restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee front- and back-of-house operations
Recruit, train, schedule, and lead the team
Maintain service and hospitality standards
Manage labor, expenses, inventory, and operational controls
Ensure an exceptional guest experience
Work with ownership to achieve sales and profitability goals

Qualifications

Restaurant management experience required
Upscale or fine-dining experience preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
