As a Dispatch Professional supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will coordinate alarm and access-control activity, monitor incoming information, and communicate clearly with customers and on-site teams. You will help maintain an organized response to security-related concerns while delivering exceptional service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a telecommunications and media location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor dispatch communications, incoming calls, alarm notifications, and service requests; document and route information to appropriate personnel and/or responding resources. Coordinate security-related responses to incidents, access concerns, facility issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, activity records, and shift handoff information in accordance with site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and the business perimeter, reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: Experience with alarm panels is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
