About the Role:

As a Housekeeping team member, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms, common areas, and facilities

• Emptying trash and recyclables, restocking supplies, and performing other housekeeping tasks as needed

• Ensuring the confidentiality and respect for resident personal belongings and spaces

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient service delivery

• Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience (entry-level position)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
