Position Overview: Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team. Responsibilities: Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive: hourly pay plus commission/bonus, paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), valuable experience, growth potential/opportunity for advancement within my agency.

Requirements: Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening, enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams, organizational skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, pride in getting work done accurately and timely, ability to work in a team environment, ability to multi-task, property and casualty license (must be able to obtain).

Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. About Our Agency

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Lakewood, Ohio. Our office is open 9a-5pm Mon-Fri. I have been a State Farm agent since 2014. I am a proud graduate of The Ohio State University. We currently have 3 team members at our agency. Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and New Agent Program Qualifier.
