Goodwill Southern California is seeking an Operations Category Lead to oversee e-commerce production activities in the assigned category, reporting to the e-commerce Supervisor and Department Leads. You will ensure goals for sales, fulfillment, and customer service are met through established workflows and Goodwill policies.
