Your future role at a glance Location: Elk Grove Village, IL Facility: Foglia Family Foundation Department: Chemical Dependency Schedule: Day Shift | Full-time | 7:00am - 3:30 pm Salary: $19.22 - $24.60 per hour How you'll make an impact in this role Assist patients with performing activities of daily living. Provide or assist with providing direct patient care, diagnostic procedures, and therapeutic interventions. Establish a therapeutic relationship with assigned patients. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, every other weekend What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Certification specializing in Crisis Prevention credentialed from the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) preferred. Nurse Aide credentialed from the Illinois Department of Public Health preferred. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
