On-Site Talent Acquisition & Development Manager

Wiggy Wash

Slidell, LA

Mojo is seeking a Recruitment, Development & Retention Manager who will own the employee lifecycle across assigned wash locations, partnering with site leadership to hire, onboard, and develop teams. This on-site role requires four days per week in the field, with a focus on reducing turnover and ensuring staffing against the labor plan. You will coach General Managers and site leaders on interviewing, performance conversations, and succession planning, while tracking metrics and driving #J-18808-Ljbffr Wiggy Wash
