Seasonal, W-2 Evergreen, CO On-Site $40,000–$55,000 Total Mar 1 – Sept 30 Run Club 45’s flagship summer camp — ten weeks, twelve activities, and real upside tied to what you build. About Club 45 Club 45 is a multi-sport facility in Evergreen, CO, in the middle of a rebuild. We host tennis, pickleball, group fitness, sport-specific coaching, events, and a summer camp. Our member base is active, outdoorsy, and shows up. We’re hiring across roles as we build out programming. The right person here gets a real role, real upside, and a real chance to shape the program from the ground up. The Role The Camp Lead runs Club 45’s flagship summer camp — ten weeks of premium multi-sport programming across twelve activities. Spans pre-season planning, on-site daily operations, and post-season wrap. Seasonal W-2 employee position with strong upside via revenue and retention bonuses. What You’ll Do Pre-season (Mar–May): build curriculum, recruit and onboard staff, set registration, coordinate vendors. Operations (Jun–Aug, 10 weeks): daily on-site oversight of all activities, staff, and campers. Wrap-up (Sept): refunds, surveys, staff exit, season-end reporting and reconciliation. Manage parent communication; respond to inquiries within 24 hours. Maintain incident log, attendance, and daily roster. Submit weekly status reports to the Founder. What You Bring 3+ years of camp, youth program, or multi-staff operations experience. Current First Aid and CPR/AED certification. Experience hiring, onboarding, and managing seasonal staff (10+ direct reports). Strong written communication for parent-facing comms. Eligibility to work in the U.S. Compensation & Benefits Pre-Season Planning: $1,150/month for 3 months (Mar–May). Camp Operating: $1,150/week for 10 weeks (Jun–Aug). Net Camp Revenue Bonus: 5% of net camp revenue. Registration Stretch Bonus: $2,750 per 100 registrations over baseline. Returning Camper Retention Bonus (Y2+): $2,750 if returning rate ≥50%. Post-Season Wrap: $1,150 flat (Sept 30). Estimated total Year 1 comp: $40,000–$55,000. Colorado HFWA, FAMLI eligibility, workers’ comp, free Club 45 individual membership during employment period.
