Position Responsibilities

• Provide expert interpretation of breast imaging studies including mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and image-guided breast biopsies
• Serve as Medical Director overseeing clinical operations, quality assurance, and program development for the breast imaging center
• Lead and mentor radiology staff and technologists to maintain excellence in breast imaging services
• Collaborate with referring physicians, surgeons, and oncologists to ensure optimal patient care coordination
• Maintain ACR accreditation standards and implement best practices in breast cancer screening and diagnosis
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and breast care conferences
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
• Provide compassionate patient consultations and results communication when appropriate

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR)
• Fellowship training in Breast Imaging required (MQSA certified)
• Eligible for Ohio medical licensure or currently licensed in Ohio
• Strong leadership skills with interest or experience in medical director roles
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine and clinical excellence in women's imaging
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions
• Dedication to advancing breast cancer detection and women's healthcare
