Benefits Employee discounts Flexible schedule Free uniforms Jupiter Ocean & Racquet Club Home of Mouratoglou Tennis Center ROLE OVERVIEW The Tennis Coach is responsible for delivering a consistently high-quality tennis experience aligned with Mouratoglou methodology, values, and brand standards. The Coach creates a positive, motivating, structured, and professional environment while supporting each player's technical, tactical, physical, and mental development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver 8-9 hours per day of on-court coaching, as scheduled. Lead structured, purposeful, and dynamic sessions adapted to each player's age, level, needs, and development pathway. Follow the training plans, methodology, session objectives, and technical direction established by the Lead Coach, Head Coach, and Tennis Director. Provide clear, simple, actionable coaching with positive reinforcement; avoid excessive talking, negativity, or over-coaching. Demonstrate strong technical knowledge, tactical understanding, feeding skills, player management, and age-appropriate physical and mental coaching. Arrive at least 15 minutes before the first scheduled session, fully prepared, and respect all scheduled start and finish times. Submit required reports accurately, including coached hours and assigned performance information. Support players at tournaments when required through preparation, warm-up, tactical reinforcement, mental support, and post-match feedback. Engage professionally and positively with players, parents, members, guests, leadership, and colleagues. PROFESSIONAL AND BRAND STANDARDS Coaches represent Mouratoglou on and off the court. They must maintain a professional appearance, positive energy, strong work ethic, emotional control, and a team-first mindset. Official Mouratoglou apparel must be worn while on duty. Coaches must remain open to feedback, pursue continuous improvement, adapt to program needs, collaborate with colleagues, and respect leadership roles and decisions. NON-NEGOTIABLES Disrespectful or aggressive behavior, dishonesty, falsifying hours or reports, public criticism of the academy or colleagues, poor punctuality, repeated failure to follow methodology, inappropriate client interactions, unauthorized financial arrangements with clients, lack of accountability, or conduct that damages the Mouratoglou brand may result in corrective action, up to and including termination.
