We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable team members to join our barista crew. We are primarily hiring for morning and opening shifts , so if you’re an early riser who loves helping customers start their day, you’re exactly who we want.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement of 16 years of age or older
- Must possess the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to perform job duties, including following safety procedures and communicating with customers and team members. Bilingual skills are a plus!
- Must have flexible availability to work opening, midday shifts, and/or weekends
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks
- Greet and connect with customers to create amazing experiences and start their day off right
- Take accurate orders and process payments quickly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, keeping the store ready for the morning rush
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Work as part of a fun, fast-paced team to deliver friendly and consistent service
