Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel What you´ll do Own manufacturing processes forthermal interface material product lines, supporting production from rawmaterial processing through customer delivery. Lead troubleshooting, root causeanalysis, and corrective actions to improve product quality and processperformance. Support new product launches byconducting process capability studies, developing operating conditions,and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs). Manage process and equipmentimprovement projects, including Management of Change (MOC) activities andvalidation of new manufacturing methods. Train production operators onequipment operation, testing methods, and standard work practices. Drive continuous improvementinitiatives focused on safety, efficiency, waste reduction, and LeanManufacturing principles. What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in ChemicalEngineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a relatedengineering field. 0-3 years of experience inmanufacturing, process engineering, or a related environment. Recentcollege graduates are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing,process optimization, and problem-solving methodologies. Excellent analytical,troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills. Strong project management,communication, and teamwork abilities with the drive to learn and grow ina manufacturing environment. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
