Job Title: Senior Attorney (Personal Injury/ Catastrophic Injury/ Medical Malpractice)

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

Our client, a nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Attorney to join its growing trial team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who thrives in the courtroom and wants to handle high-profile, high-value litigation from inception through trial.

What You'll Handle:

• Catastrophic personal injury litigation
• Medical malpractice cases
• Product liability matters
• Wrongful death claims
• Complex litigation through trial and appeal, as needed

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Pennsylvania Bar admission (or ability to obtain)
• Significant litigation and trial experience
• Experience handling complex personal injury, medical malpractice, or product liability matters
• Strong deposition, motion practice, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
