  This position is located in Glenwillow, Ohio. This is fully onsite

Shift: Second (2nd) Shift - Monday - Friday 2PM - 10PM. 

Must be able to train First (1st) Shift - Monday - Friday 6AM - 2PM

Duties/Responsibilities:  

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control breakdowns.
• Keep up-to-date w/ PM Schedule.
• Relocate/install plant equipment & accompanying utilities.
• Fabrication & light machining.
• Rebuilding mechanical equipment (includes small parts assembly)
• General facilities maintenance
• Participate in training of employees new to maintenance staff
• Maintain maintenance shop, tools, and small/spare parts inventory
• Keep machine repair logs, equipment files, & parts list up to date
• Keep all processes and equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
• Plant electrical and mechanical systems documented and in good working order
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace and follow established safety rules and regulations
• Locating vendor supplied parts, ordering parts, and creating requisitions
• Maintenance performed on a proactive (preventative) basis in lieu of reactive (breakdown) basis whenever possible.
• Organize daily activity in following priority:

1. First – keep production equipment running
2. Second – preventative maintenance
3. Third – project assignments, training, and other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/ Abilities:

• Excellent reading, writing, & math skills; read electrical diagrams & part drawings
• Effectively use Micrometers, indicators, calipers, and similar measuring tools
• Skills in the use of Punches, drills, taps, reamers, saws, hoists, ladders, and similar mechanics tools
• Able to use Acetylene torch and welding equipment and Arc Welding. 
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving, and ability to troubleshoot using electrical schematics
• Basic computer skills

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Prior experience in a Maintenance position at a manufacturing facility is a must

Minimum Requirements: 

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.

Shifts: 

• 2nd Shift Monday - Friday – 2: 00PM-10:00pm
