Sales Assistant in Mexico

- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- English proficiency to work fluently in an English-speaking environment is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high sensitivity to business issues, and excellent stress tolerance.
- In glass industry, Strong customer service orientation, with proven communication, coordination and execution capabilities.
- Priority will be given to those applicants with sales experience and skills in Key clients maintenance, new customer development and agent management in relative industry.
- Priority consideration for native Mexico candidates.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the Mexico without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Language: English & native language-Portuguese. 1. Collect and analyze customer requirements, develop and present tailored solutions to support sales teams in securing customer orders.
- Conduct product and technical training for customers to help them quickly understand and adopt product solutions.
- Resolve daily customer technical issues related to products to maintain high customer satisfaction with service quality.
- Maintain long-term positive customer relationships and provide support for further sales business expansion.
