Job Description
- Role will focus on high volume, writing intensive cases (EB-1A/EB-1B/NIW/O-1) ability to turn highly technical subject matter into understandable legal arguments and overcome government challenges to cases, client-facing, complex legal strategies, cross-team collaboration, deep team engagement and motivation.
The Successful Applicant
- JD or LLM
- Admission to a US State Bar
- Experience with non-immigrant visa categories, including high volume, writing intensive cases (EB-1A/EB-1B/NIW/O-1)
- Experience responding to RFEs
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to multitask and stay connected to a team environment
- Excellent case management skills
