• Hybrid schedule - primarily remote with on-site only when procedures are scheduled
• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm with light call rotation
• Call shared among 22 radiologists, averaging once every 1.5 months
• MSK or breast subspecialty focus with general radiology reading
• Two-year compensation guarantee followed by uncapped pay-per-click model
