Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) believes that enjoying a well-crafted brew is an experience in itself. However, it's an experience best shared with friends, both new and old. Our goal is to deliver memorable beer moments to the drinkers of the Greater Buffalo region (and now Florida!), whether they're at home, in their favorite bar, or on a tour of our extraordinary brewery. What you'll be doing:Supporting your co-workers and our patrons to provide and maintain the taproom atmosphere - clean, friendly, and fun. Ideal candidates will support our company culture and vision, possess a "can-do" personality, be self-motivated with a customer-focused attitude, flexible, and willing to learn. Basics: taking orders, pouring beer, mixing cocktails and serving guests, maintaining a clean and welcoming bar space, replenishing supplies, etc. We want someone with the strong desire to promote our brands and provide unparalleled service - the ultimate guest experience!This is a part-time position requiring evening and weekend availability.Pay rate is $10.98 per hour plus tips. What you'll need:Customer service focus/hospitable to patronsA smileA friendly, personable, energetic attitudeA helpful, supportive, attentive demeanor - teamwork makes the dream work!Be able to adapt to volume fluctuation Strong work ethic; punctual and attentive to scheduleAble to follow directions; promote cleanliness and protocolsWillingness to learn our beer and cider offerings as well as specialty beverages/cocktailsMust be of state legal age to serve alcoholAbility to be standing/on your feet for long periods of timeAuthorized to work in the U.S. Why Us?RBC and BCW is located in the heart of the City of Good Neighbors, Buffalo, NY.
