Location: Cave Springs, AR (or surrounding area)
Salary: $70,000-$120,000

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee a wide range of concrete operations across commercial, industrial, and specialty projects. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all phases of work, including foundations, structural concrete, flatwork, and site support services. The ideal candidate brings strong field leadership and hands-on experience managing diverse concrete scopes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily concrete activities across foundations, walls, slabs, and structural work
• Supervise crews and subcontractors while coordinating schedules, equipment, and materials
• Plan pours and sequencing across multiple scopes including structural walls, decks, and flatwork
• Ensure jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with project specifications
• Review drawings and work with project teams to resolve constructability issues
• Track job progress, manpower, and production to maintain schedule and budget
• Oversee related scopes such as excavation, grading, and site preparation as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in concrete construction with leadership responsibilities
• Experience across a mix of concrete work (foundations, flatwork, structural, or site work)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
