Senior Aerospace Quality Engineer

Selmet is seeking a Senior Aerospace Quality Engineer to lead quality efforts for precision titanium castings in our Springfield, OR facility. In this role, you will own quality planning, AS9100-compliant systems, and customer requirements for aerospace and defense components. You will drive root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement using SPC, FMEAs, PPAP, and FAI. Working closely with engineering, casting, and machining teams, you will resolve complex quality issues, support NADCAP and customer audits, and mentor team members in quality tools and best practices in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
