A leading hospice provider is seeking an Admissions Nurse in Lombard, IL. In this role, you will conduct clinical assessments, guide patients and families through hospice eligibility, and provide compassionate support. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience, strong critical thinking skills, and a dedication to patient-centered care.
