What You'll Do
As a Lead Custodian, you'll ensure that facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for all.
- Daily Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors, surfaces, restrooms, and more.
- Restock & Refill: Keep restrooms and supply areas stocked with paper goods, soap, and sanitizers.
- Monitor Safety: Identify and report hazards to ensure a secure environment.
- Support the Team: Assist coworkers and interact professionally with staff and visitors.

What We're Looking For
- Experience: 1+ year in janitorial or custodial work preferred. Leadership experience a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Know your way around cleaning tools and safety procedures. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Physical Requirements: Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
