Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Emergency Room to provide expert patient care during night shifts. The ideal candidate must be Cerner-trained and possess recent clinical experience in the ER setting.
Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients with diverse medical conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Triage and prioritize patient needs efficiently the during night shift.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in Cerner EMR.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards consistently.
• Maintain current licensure and certifications to ensure compliance.
  Qualifications:
• Hold RN licensure in the applicable state.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of recent ER experience within the last 3 months.
• Certified in BLS, ACLS, and PALS through AHA or ARC.
• Must be Cerner-trained for EMR documentation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Demonstrate strong clinical and communication skills.
