As a Meat Cutter Your Responsibilities Would Include Reading prep sheet Following Bubba’s 33 specs Tracking product yield Properly uses and maintains kitchen equipment Keeping the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized Following storage and rotation procedures Maintains proper safety and sanitation practices Exhibits teamwork At Bubba’s 33, we always put our teammates first. Requirements Our Roadies are paid weekly.
