Job Overview
The A Plus Group, LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented  Custodian to join our team in Granville County. This position offers part-time hours, 5 evenings per week , and is essential in keeping our client spaces clean, safe, and welcoming. Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and polish floors
• Clean and disinfect restrooms including toilets, sinks, partitions, and mirrors
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly
• Clean interior glass surfaces including windows and mirrors
• Refill dispensers for soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Report maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures)
• Secure the facility by locking doors and windows when not in use
• Maintain and request cleaning supplies as needed
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques, including buffing and polishing methods.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in diverse environments.
• Knowledge of residential painting techniques is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.

Work Schedule

• Evenings | 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
• 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• May include servicing multiple buildings in the area
