We're hiring an RN Nurse Lead – Medical ICU in beautiful San Luis Obispo, CA . This is an outstanding opportunity for a strong ICU clinician with leadership experience who wants to make an immediate impact.

What We're Looking For

✔ Active California RN License

✔ Minimum 5 years of recent ICU experience

✔ Charge Nurse and/or Supervisor experience in an ICU setting

✔ Current BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications

✔ Strong leadership, staffing, and team coordination skills

What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations of the Medical ICU

• Provide clinical support and hands-on patient care as needed

• Coordinate staffing assignments and patient flow

• Mentor, coach, and support nursing staff

• Partner with physicians and department leadership

• Drive quality, patient safety, and operational excellence
