Chemours is seeking an Operations Manager to join our growing team. This position will be available at the New Johnsonville Plant location in New Johnsonville, TN . The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: Operations Strategy & Planning Productivity Safety, Health, Environmental & Core Values Quality Cost Morale, Talent Management & Capability Building The following is required for this role: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, including leadership in a high-hazard or highly regulated environment Demonstrated leadership of frontline teams and supervisors with accountability for safety, quality, production, and team building results Strong working knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM), EHS systems, and regulatory compliance in an industrial setting Proven ability to deliver results through KPIs, operational discipline, and performance management Willingness to relocate in the future The following is preferred for this role: Lean / Six Sigma certification or supporting a Lean transformation Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP) and data driven decision making Benefits: Competitive Compensation Comprehensive Benefits Packages 401(k) Match Employee Stock Purchase Program Tuition Reimbursement Commuter Benefits Learning and Development Opportunities Strong Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives Company-paid Volunteer Day We’re a different kind of chemistry company because we see our people as our biggest assets.
