Job Description Great home care seeking RN/LPNs to work current open shifts for complex private duty nursing with client in Lake Elmo, MN (10 minutes east of St. Paul). New Grads welcome!! This case is an excellent learning environment for newly licensed nurses to increase your skills with a very stable client. Join this professional and friendly team of nurses while making a big difference in someones life! Client is 24 years old, is happy and very stable male. He is non-ambulatory and spends his awake time up driving in an electric wheelchair. He is capable of some self care. Client does activities in community such as nature walks (in wheelchair), walks with walker, movies, zoo, shopping, etc. Parents are proficient in all aspects of care. Call or apply and check us out! Preferred skills, but will train : Trach, Trilogy ventilator, gtube (eats all food orally - just for hydration). Shifts are flexible. Immediate openings. Full and Part-time shifts open listed below. Covid19: extremely low risk environment. All staff, client and parents are vaccinated. Normal precautions are taken when out in public according to mandates. Available Shifts Monday 7am to 4pm and 11pm to 7am Thursday 11pm to 7am (E/O) Friday 5:30pm to 7am Saturday 7am to 4pm, 4pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am Sunday 7am to 4pm, 4pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am In sum - every other weekend is open, Monday day and overnights, every other Thursday evening and every Thursday overnight. Shifts are flexible and evening nurses usually take the overnight as well because he sleeps all night. Shifts can be doubled split. Casual shifts are available only if routinely on schedule.
