Run the miles you deserve. We are a high-performance OTR fleet looking for professional drivers who want to clear 3,200+ miles a week without being micro-managed or held back by slow equipment. 100% No-touch freight. You choose your trailer, you choose your pay.
- REEFER: $0.75 CPM | $2,400 - $2,700 Avg. Weekly Gross.
- DRY VAN: $0.70 CPM | $2,250 - $2,450 Avg. Weekly Gross.
- ALL MILES PAID: Empty or Loaded. No unpaid "deadhead."
- Settlements: Direct Deposit every Friday-no delays.
- Extras: $150 Layover | $25/hr Detention (after 2 hrs).
- Governed at 72 MPH: More speed means more miles in your pocket every single day.
- Strict NO NYC Policy: We value your time and sanity-no New York City, ever.
- No Forced Dispatch: 24/7 professional support. We work with you, not against you.
- Home Time: Flexible. 2 weeks out / 2 days off OR 3 weeks out / 4 days off.
- Fleet: Volvo 760/860 & Freightliner Cascadia (Maximum 3 years old).
- Amenities: APU, Power Inverter, Refrigerator, Microwave, and Tablet.
- Perks: Pets welcome from Day 1.
- EZ Pass, Pre-Pass , and Pilot/Flying J cards provided.
- Experience: 1.5+ years of verifiable OTR experience (License must show 2+ years).
- Testing: Standard DOT Urine Screen ONLY (No Hair Follicle testing).
- Stability: Max 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
- Safety: Max 2 violations (3 yrs); No reckless or 15+ MPH speeding.
- Hiring Area: Nationwide EXCEPT CA, MS, LA, and AL.
- Disqualifiers: No DUI/DWI or SAP history (Lifetime).
