Outpatient Dialysis RN - CAP Pathway

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP1 program. This role provides and coordinates clinically competent care for assigned patients undergoing hemodialysis, under supervision. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, educate patients and families, and participate in team-based quality improvement.
