In This Role, You Will Assist with managing daily store operations and shift coordination Coach and support crew members to deliver excellent guest service Lead by example in food preparation, service, and cleanliness Help train new team members and reinforce Dunkin standards Manage inventory and restocking efforts to maintain efficiency Monitor food safety and store cleanliness guidelines Communicate effectively with management about team needs and store performance Step in to support any role needed to keep operations running Qualifications Previous experience in food service or retail preferred but not required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Flexible availability including weekends and holidays Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Pay Range: $11 per hour - $11 per hour Disclaimer: The hiring wage for this position will not be below the local minimum wage, even if the starting wage listed is lower. Physical Requirements This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
