Proactively drives strategic discussion on emerging trends and their impact on product direction.* **Value Proposition & Pricing** – Portfolio-level monetization. Shapes enterprise-wide principles for how products are priced and monetized, ensuring consistency and alignment across the portfolio.* **Financial & Lifecycle Management** **–** Shapes portfolio financial direction and defines product health metrics that inform enterprise planning and investment decisions.* **Roadmap & Cross-Functional Alignment** **-** Develops portfolio roadmaps and aligns priorities across portfolios for enterprise business reviews and decisions.* **Execution & Outcomes** **-** Defines execution models and operating standards, leading to high-impact transformations that improve delivery at scale.* **Stakeholder Management & Influence** **-** Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams, shaping enterprise planning and strategic decisions.**POSITION MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:*** 4-year degree, with MBA strongly preferred* Advanced technical or analytical skills demonstrated through education or extensive work experience* Recognized expert in product management with enterprise-level impact.* Demonstrated ability to shape organizational strategy and drive transformational change.* Deep portfolio expertise with external thought leadership.**COMPENSATION:**Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. This role is eligible for variable incentives.**PAY RANGE:**$124,235.00 - $192,565.00**CULTURE AND BENEFITS:**At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
