What You'll Do Prepare pre‑press production files and ensure files are fully print‑ready Work with production teams to execute projects accurately and efficiently Maintain quality control throughout the production process Troubleshoot production files and printing issues as needed Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding project specs and timelines Help manage multiple projects while meeting tight production deadlines Stay current on printing technologies, workflows, and production best practices Requirements 4‑5 years minimum experience in pre‑press, print production, and post‑production workflows Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with expert skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Knowledge of color management, file preparation, and imposition Expertise in print‑ready setup for large‑format output Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills A troubleshooting mindset with the ability to problem‑solve quickly and efficiently This is a temp‑to‑hire, onsite opportunity working in the Flower Mound, TX area, nearthe Dallas‑Fort Worth metroplex.
