Clinical Nurse - GI Lab

Role Overview Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team and families, ensuring seamless communication across care settings. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, and spiritual considerations. Key Responsibilities Ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, participating in professional development. Assess and evaluate patient needs, barriers, and preferences to tailor care. Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times. Qualifications RN license required. Nursing diploma or associate degree; bachelor's preferred.
