Spade Recruiting partners with unions, credit unions, and member groups across North America. This fully remote role involves helping members understand program options, answer questions, and guide them through the process with professionalism, clarity, and respect.

You’ll conduct scheduled virtual conversations, use Zoom and email, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the team while receiving ongoing coaching and mentorship.
