Inside Sales Representative

Description Job Overview: The Inside Sales Representative position is responsible for the following: Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates Requirements Responsibilities and Duties: Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers Persuasive and goal-oriented Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories Self-motivated and self-directed Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) Education and Experience: Relevant experience preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Office products Competencies: Communication Organizational skills Team oriented Available Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) and profit sharing Paid holidays & vacation/sick time Supervisory Responsibility: None Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment and requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers/scanners Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
