Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer (Digital & Marketing)We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on producing high-quality digital and marketing assets across multiple channels, including email, web, social media, digital advertising, and in-store visuals. The ideal candidate is a strong visual communicator who can execute efficiently, collaborate well, and balance creativity with business needs. This role supports company-wide marketing and seasonal campaigns and plays a key role in maintaining brand consistency across touchpoints.You will design visually engaging assets across multiple channels such as:Email campaignsWebsites and landing pagesSocial media content and digital adsProgrammatic and vendor-supported advertisingIn-store signage and internal marketing materialsYou will:Create, prepare, and optimize email designs for deployment through our email platformSupport seasonal and promotional campaigns (back-to-school, holiday, etc.)Develop layouts and creative concepts based on briefs and business requirementsCollaborate closely with marketing, ecommerce, and cross-functional partners to ensure brand consistencyIncorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detailProduce light animation or motion graphics (e.g., GIFs) as neededManage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a lean, fast-paced environmentStay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate creative outputWhy You'll Like It Here:High-visibility work with impact across the entire organizationExposure to a wide variety of creative projects and campaignsA collaborative, business-minded creative cultureOpportunities to grow skills across digital channelsA pragmatic environment where good design and efficiency are equally valuedRequired Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (preferred)3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Digital DesignerStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience designing digital-first creative (email, web, social, digital ads)Ability to work quickly without sacrificing qualityStrong organizational, time management, and communication skillsComfortable receiving and applying feedback in a collaborative environmentPlease provide a portfolio or samples demonstrating:Digital design experience (email, web, social, ads)Strong visual storytelling and layout skillsBrand consistency across multiple channelsClean design and typographyBusiness and marketing-driven design workExperience Preferred:Experience with FigmaBasic motion graphics or animation (After Effects)Familiarity with email platforms such as Listrak RetailEcommerce or consumer brand experienceBasic awareness of HTML (no coding required)Experience using AI-powered tools to improve design efficiency and productionWhen it comes to finding the right fit, we know there is a lot to consider.
