Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to complete assigned work orders in a professional and timely manner. Tasks may include painting, drywall and plaster repair, grounds maintenance, and light carpentry such as minor floor repairs.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and minor repairsIdentify and report the need for major repairsClean, maintain, organize, and properly store tools and equipmentSafely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and personal protective equipmentComplete exterior and interior painting, caulking, and light drywall repairSupport other maintenance tasks as assigned by the managerRequirementsMinimum 2 years of proven experience in maintenance or related fieldExperience with hardware tools and electrical equipmentBasic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWell-organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem solvingHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work both indoors and outdoorsAbility to stand and move throughout the workdayAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; able to safely work from a 6-foot ladderPositive, professional attitude
