Tip Top Garage Doors | Charlotte, NC Pay: $17$20 per hour (DOE)

In this role, you'll coordinate schedules, support our field technicians, and help deliver a smooth, professional experience for our customers. If you enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, and being the go-to person who keeps everything on track, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and dispatch service and repair calls based on technician location, availability, and skillset
• Monitor and adjust schedules in real time to respond to changes, emergencies, and customer needs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with technicians, customers, and management throughout the day
• Review daily jobs to ensure correct skill levels, parts, notes, and payment details are in place
• Optimize routes to reduce drive time, improve efficiency, and minimize callbacks
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customersanswering questions and setting clear expectations
• Accurately document customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up
• Handle inbound calls and route them appropriately
• Support the office and operations team with additional administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 13 years of dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience Garage door industry experience preferred
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software is highly desirable
• Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Calm, solution-focused mindset under pressure
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in and help where needed
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly
