Backed by strong unit economics, experienced operators, and a proven playbook, we are looking for builders and operators who want to help scale a healthcare platform designed to deliver better care, better coordination, and better outcomes for seniors.About the RoleThis isn't traditional primary care.You'll care for a patient panel capped at approximately 500 patients, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and truly know the people you serve. Physicians typically see 10-12 patients per day, with 30-45 minute appointments that allow you to focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and improving long-term health outcomes.We've intentionally designed our model to reduce administrative burden. Our contracts involve three components: a base salary, a review bonus, and a clinic performance bonus.
