Job Description

Nurse Staffing Agency is seeking Part-time RN (active/or willing to receive Delegating nursing license) to work in our office. Position works very closely with Director of Nursing and duties would include, but not be limited to, preparing Plan of Care, MARS and Clarification of Orders for PDN clients. Must have at least 1 year of experience. Please apply with a completed Resume.

On-call two weeks a month
Travel to In-home assessments
Microsoft office
CM/DN certification
45 Days Review/Assessment

•Health Monitoring (Temperature, Blood Pressure, etc.)
•Meal Preparation and Planning
•Running Errands
•Escorted Transportation to and from a Doctor's Appointment
•General Health Supervision
